Description
BoxLunch is hiring a part-time Assistant Manager – Level 1 to support store leadership and provide an excellent customer experience. The role covers the sales floor, opens and closes the store, processes transactions, drives add-on sales, supports merchandising and planogram changes, monitors sales KPIs, helps prevent theft, maintains the stock room, and assists in developing and retaining the team. Candidates need at least one year of retail store experience, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and must be at least 18 years old.
