Hot Topic is hiring a part-time Assistant Manager – Level 1 to support store leadership and provide an excellent customer experience. The role covers sales-floor leadership, opening and closing the store, register operations, sales targets and KPIs, planogram and merchandising changes, loss-prevention support, stockroom organization, and team development. Candidates need at least one year of retail store experience, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and the ability to navigate the store, use approved equipment, and pack or unpack merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
