Description
BoxLunch is hiring a part-time Assistant Manager – Level 1 to support store leadership and provide an excellent customer experience. The role covers the sales floor, opens and closes the store, processes transactions, supports add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup, monitors sales KPIs, assists with planogram and merchandising changes, helps prevent theft, maintains the stock room, and supports team development. Candidates need at least one year of retail store experience, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and must be at least 18 years old.
