BoxLunch is hiring a part-time Assistant Manager – Level 1 to support store leadership and provide an excellent customer experience. The role covers the sales floor, opens and closes the store, processes transactions, drives add-on sales, monitors sales KPIs, assists with planogram and merchandising changes, supports inventory and store organization, helps develop the team, and works with management on theft prevention. Candidates need at least one year of retail store experience, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, must be at least 18 years old, and should have communication, time-management, professionalism, operations, and team-development skills.
