BoxLunch is hiring a part-time Assistant Manager – Level 1 to support store leadership and provide a strong customer experience. The role covers sales-floor leadership, opening and closing the store, register operations, sales targets, planogram and merchandising changes, inventory and store maintenance, theft prevention, and recruiting and developing new team members. Candidates need at least one year of retail store experience, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and must be at least 18 years old.
