BoxLunch is hiring a part-time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to support the Store Manager in meeting sales and compensation goals, recruiting and developing associates, driving customer engagement, managing operations and schedules, monitoring shrink and payroll, analyzing sales reports, and merchandising the store. The role requires at least 1–2 years of retail store management experience, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and the ability to work with merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
