Description
Hot Topic is hiring a part-time Assistant Manager – Level 2 to support the Store Manager in meeting sales and comp sales goals, recruiting and developing associates, driving customer engagement, managing operations and schedules, monitoring shrink and loss prevention, analyzing sales reports, and merchandising the store. The role requires at least 1–2 years of retail store management experience, strong communication and operational skills, and a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
