The HomeGoods Retail Associate delivers a satisfied customer experience by interacting with customers, processing purchases and returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, maintaining merchandising and store standards, supporting store recovery, and following safety and operational procedures. The role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication and organizational skills, multitasking, and the ability to lift heavy objects. The position is based at the HomeGoods store at 2561 E Lohman Ave, Las Cruces, New Mexico, with a starting pay range of $13.50 to $14.00 per hour.
