Goodwill Industries of the Southern Rivers is hiring a part-time Retail Associate – Baler for its Newnan retail store. The role operates baler machines, forklifts, and pallet jacks; places unusable donations into bales, ties and stacks them, loads trucks, removes donated goods, and maintains an organized warehouse. The position averages 20–25 hours per week, may require shifts Monday through Sunday, and requires a high school diploma or GED, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Forklift certification, retail or customer-service experience, and warehouse experience are preferred. The starting pay is $14.00 per hour, with paid time off and a 401(k) company match.
