The Beauty Advisor will drive beauty product sales through consultative client engagement, product demonstrations, and upselling while maintaining Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards. The role also supports omni-processing, inventory management, replenishment, freight processing, back stocking, inventory counts, price changes, and department cleanliness. Candidates need a passion for beauty, client-facing retail or service experience, strong communication skills, and flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
