The Beauty Advisor will drive beauty product sales through consultative client engagement, product knowledge, demonstrations, and upselling. The role also maintains Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards, supports omni-processing, and manages inventory activities from receipt through sale, including replenishment, back stocking, counts, and price changes. Candidates need a passion for beauty, client-facing retail or service experience, strong communication skills, and flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
