Description
TERI is hiring a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst to provide clinical oversight and behavioral support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in its Choices for Adult Learning and Country School programs. The role includes behavioral assessments, behavior intervention planning, treatment development, data analysis, progress monitoring, staff coaching, and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams. Candidates must hold current BCBA certification, a relevant master's degree, at least three years of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and a valid California driver's license. The position pays $50–$65 per hour and offers 14 or 28 hours per week depending on program needs and availability.
