The Busser maintains a clean dining environment by setting and clearing tables, removing plates, glassware, and silverware, preparing tables for new guests, assisting service staff with non-alcoholic beverages, delivering cleaned glassware, and maintaining organized work areas. The role requires a Food Handlers certification, customer service and communication skills, POS and card-processing ability, reliable attendance, professional appearance, attention to detail, and the ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions.
