Part-time Certified Financial Planner at LearnLux

LearnLux is hiring a part-time Certified Financial Planner to provide unbiased, holistic financial guidance to employees through video, chat, and email. The role covers budgeting, student loans, retirement readiness, equity compensation, debt management, and other personal finance topics, while also advising on the LearnLux methodology, participating in team meetings, and supporting clients during benefit open enrollment. The position is 100% remote within the United States, reports to the Director of Financial Planning, and requires availability for various shifts from 8 AM to 11 PM ET Monday through Friday, with a typical expectation of 5–15 hours per week.
