Description
Ally Behavior is hiring a full-time, center-based Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to work under a licensed Occupational Therapist and provide direct therapeutic interventions for children with autism. The role includes implementing treatment plans, educating families, monitoring and documenting client progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, and supporting ABA therapy sessions. Candidates must have an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant degree, active COTA licensure, NBCOT certification, BLS certification, and experience with early intervention and children with autism. The position offers hourly pay, paid time off, health and retirement benefits, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
