MCHAP is hiring a part-time Chaplain in San Antonio, Texas to serve as frontline ministry staff supporting company employees and their immediate families through regular worksite visits, confidential pastoral care, grief and crisis support, funeral and jail visits, employee orientation, and coordination of faith-based employee care services. The role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills, Christian commitment, computer proficiency, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and the ability to work in varied field environments with a background check.
