MCHAP is hiring a part-time Chaplain in Richmond, Virginia to provide frontline Christian ministry and employee care services to company employees and their immediate families. The role involves regular workplace visits, pastoral support during crises and life events, coordination of referrals and resources, participation in orientations, and other leadership-requested duties within the scope of the agreement. The position is remote in the field, requires strong interpersonal, communication, emotional stability, computer, and problem-solving skills, and also requires a valid driver’s license, minimum auto insurance, and a passing background check.
