MCHAP is hiring a part-time Chaplain in Lecanto, Florida, to serve company employees and their immediate families through Christian ministry, workplace visits, pastoral counseling, funeral and bereavement support, employee care notifications, and referrals. The role is remote in the field, with work locations depending on client worksites such as manufacturing facilities, hospitals, office buildings, and funeral homes. Applicants must be spiritually committed to a Christian lifestyle, demonstrate communication and problem-solving skills, have computer proficiency, and hold an active state driver’s license and minimum auto insurance.
