MCHAP is hiring a part-time Chaplain to serve company employees and their immediate families through Christian ministry, workplace visits, pastoral counseling, funeral and bereavement support, employee care notifications, and referrals. The role is part-time and remote in the field, with work locations dependent on client worksites in Guntersville or Albertville, Alabama. Bilingual Spanish is required, and the position requires a Christian lifestyle, spiritual maturity, strong communication and listening skills, computer proficiency, a valid state driver’s license, and minimum auto insurance.
