MCHAP is hiring a very part-time Chaplain to serve employees and their immediate families for client companies in Hillsboro and North Plains (West Portland). The role involves regular workplace visits, confidential pastoral support during life crises, funerals, jail visits, post-termination care, and coordination of referrals and employee care services. Candidates must have strong interpersonal, communication, documentation, computer, and problem-solving skills; be spiritually mature with a Christian lifestyle and commitment to MCHAP's ministry values; hold a valid driver's license and state minimum auto insurance; and pass a pre-employment background check.
