Description
The part-time Children's Center Associate Teacher supports classroom teachers and childcare activities for young children from mid-August through mid-June, working Monday through Friday from 12:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at $22.00 per hour. Responsibilities include modeling cooperative behavior, supervising indoor and outdoor activities, resolving concerns with children and parents, maintaining classroom materials, and changing diapers and clothing. The role requires early childhood education credits, CPR and First Aid training, experience with infants, toddlers, preschool, and kindergarten children, and the ability to perform physically demanding childcare work.
