Description
Spring Arbor of Rocky Mount is hiring a part-time Cook for a second shift from Monday through Friday and every other weekend. The role prepares meals for residents and guests, including specialized senior diets, while maintaining food safety, kitchen sanitation, standardized recipes, equipment care, and a resident-centered service approach. The Cook also supervises kitchen activities under the Dining Services Director and Chef/Lead Cook and may assist with dishwashing and equipment maintenance. The position pays $13–$17 per hour and requires a minimum of 18 years of age, a high school diploma or equivalent, a current manager’s level food handler permit, a positive criminal background screening, and flexible teamwork and time-management skills.
