Rosepark Retirement Community is hiring a part-time Cook for 45 hours bi-weekly from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at $23.13 per hour. The role supports food preparation and meal assembly, serves residents while respecting their food preferences, maintains sanitation and dietary standards, controls food costs and wastage, manages routine kitchen operations, monitors equipment and supplies, labels food correctly, and assists with training new dietary personnel. Candidates need a culinary program, a recent Safe Food Handlers certificate, at least two years of experience preparing quantity food and therapeutic diets, and familiarity with food safety and workplace safety requirements.
