The part-time Customer Service Instant Return Representative serves as an airport location team member and brand ambassador, welcoming customers, assisting with luggage, explaining vehicle-return charges, resolving issues, inspecting vehicles for damage and cleaning needs, checking fuel and mileage, securing keys, and documenting the return process. The role requires at least one year of sales or customer experience, strong communication and organizational skills, flexibility for weekends, holidays, overtime, outdoor work, and lifting up to 45 pounds. Compensation is $17.00 per hour plus commission, with a median incentive of approximately $467 per month and up to 12% bonus plans.
