Description
Cypress Village is hiring a part-time Dining Room Manager at $18.00 per hour to supervise dining-room appearance and server stations, coordinate resident and guest seating, schedule waitstaff, record meal counts and reservations, and coordinate food, staffing, and service issues with the Dining Room Manager, Executive Chef, and Director of Food & Beverage. The role also includes market, dietary, and kitchen rounds, coffee service, table and beverage service, cost control, inventories, training, and equipment reporting. Applicants need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of host/hostess or lead server experience in a fine restaurant, club, hotel, or similar institution, and availability seven days per week.
