Description
Alpha Health Services is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one, community-based and in-home support for a participant with intellectual and developmental disabilities and autism. The role includes transportation, personal care, community inclusion, health and behavior monitoring, progress documentation, individualized care-plan implementation, meal preparation, HIPAA-compliant confidentiality, care-team collaboration, and completion of Pennsylvania ODP training and certifications. Previous DSP or direct-care experience, a valid Pennsylvania driver's license, auto insurance, a reliable vehicle, communication skills, and required background clearances are required.
