Cove Residential is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Providence, Rhode Island to provide person-centered supervision, individualized care, and support for five male residents with autism and other developmental disabilities in a residential group home. The role includes hands-on assistance, behavioral intervention, housekeeping, toileting and showering support, job coaching, role modeling, and other assigned duties. The schedule is Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, with Saturday shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The position offers a $1,000 pro-rated sign-on bonus, health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits, and requires at least one year of relevant experience, a high school diploma, English proficiency, a valid driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certification.
