Richcroft Inc. is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional/Floater to provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities in Carroll County. The role assists with personal hygiene, outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, cleaning, community participation, independent living skills, documentation, and medication administration when applicable. It is an eight-hour-per-week position with a flexible schedule, a regular base pay of $22 per hour, and a $1 per hour weekend shift differential.
