Springbrook is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide respite and community habilitation support in home and community-based settings. The role supports one person with a developmental disability, encourages independence, advocates for the person, assists with personal care, recreational and family activities, goal planning, and documentation, while also meeting physical, communication, computer, and driving requirements. The position pays $17 per hour for respite care and $18 per hour for community habilitation.
