Description
Springbrook is hiring a Direct Support Professional to provide respite and community habilitation support in home and community-based settings. The role supports one person with a developmental disability, encourages independence, advocates for the person, assists with personal care, recreational and family activities, goal planning, and documentation. Compensation is $17 per hour for respite care and $18 per hour for community habilitation. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while experience with people with developmental disabilities is preferred; the position also requires a valid driver’s license, physical ability, and computer proficiency.
