Resident Salon Services is hiring a District Manager to oversee multiple salon locations within senior living communities. The role includes recruiting, training, mentoring, and supporting salon professionals; opening new locations; maintaining community and regional relationships; ensuring service standards; providing salon coverage and hair or nail services as needed; and traveling between assigned communities. The position offers a predictable schedule with no nights, weekends, or major holidays, along with competitive hourly pay, mileage reimbursement, commission, paid time off, and a 401(k) match.
