Benchmark is hiring a compassionate Van Driver to provide transportation for community residents. The role includes maintaining vehicles, coordinating transportation activities, assisting residents on excursions, transporting residents to medical appointments, outings, and shopping trips, and monitoring resident activity for safety. The position follows a Saturday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with pick-up as needed and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrated interest in elderly care, recreational experience, excellent communication skills, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
