Brightmont Academy is hiring a part-time Elementary Teacher in Cherry Creek, Colorado for a flexible schedule focused on one-to-one instruction for students in grades 1–12. The role emphasizes personalized lessons, student mastery, and professional development while excluding lesson planning, parent conferences, and grading. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject area, patience and empathy, a passion for teaching, proficiency with G-Suite and learning management software, and the ability to provide fingerprints and pass a federal background check in Arizona or Washington. Compensation is $22–$23 per hour.
