Journey Community Schools is hiring an ESL Instructor to deliver high-quality instruction in a small school environment, develop and adapt course of study, create lesson plans, monitor and evaluate student progress, support English-language learners and their families, and maintain safe and secure educational standards. The role requires a valid teaching credential with English learner authorization, presentation and speaking experience, subject-matter knowledge, data-analysis ability, and willingness to improve instructional practice; a bachelor’s degree in education or a related field, bilingual Spanish ability, and at least one year of student-teaching experience are preferred.
