Holy Trinity Catholic High School is seeking an Event Coordinator to support the school’s Catholic educational mission through fundraising, event planning, annual fund management, donor stewardship, grant writing, marketing, alumni affairs, and public relations. The role coordinates major fundraising events, manages donor records and financial reconciliation, collaborates with school leaders and volunteers, and requires a bachelor’s degree, event-planning or related experience, and EIM ministry compliance. The position may require some nights and weekends and involves high to moderate stress in standard school and office conditions.
