Description
The YMCA Ayrlawn Program Center is hiring a part-time Facility Technician to perform routine facility maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance; assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and general repairs; respond to work orders; inspect facilities and grounds; set up furniture and equipment; maintain tools and supplies; and support cleaning, safety, and emergency needs. The role requires basic building-system knowledge, tool safety, reliability, attention to safety, and the ability to lift equipment; previous facilities or building-maintenance experience is preferred, while bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
