Shrub Oak International School is hiring an on-site Family Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and urgent care to students in a residential treatment setting. The role includes diagnosing health issues, managing care plans and medications, coordinating with families and healthcare professionals, providing on-call crisis support, transporting students to appointments, and maintaining confidential medical documentation. The position requires an MSN, active New York RN licensure, Family Nurse Practitioner certification with prescriptive privilege, at least three years of Family Nurse Practitioner experience, and experience working with children and adolescents with disabilities.
