Sudima Hotels is hiring a part-time Guest Services Agent based at Sudima Christchurch Airport. The role covers front-office guest check-in and check-out, luggage storage, parking and key-holding, guest requests, VIP service, security and emergency procedures, and occasional porter duties. It requires rostered shifts including weekends and public holidays, a minimum of 20 hours per week, and an hourly rate of $25–$26. Applicants should have customer service or hospitality experience, a full driver’s licence, and either NZQF level 2 or 3 or at least one year of relevant experience.
