Description
The Duck Hatchery Worker places eggs in incubator trays, transfers them to hatcher trays, moves hatched ducklings to boxes, supplies ducks for sexing, grading, and inspection, performs gender selection, enters and processes data, and cleans the hatchery. The role requires physical lifting and handling of eggs and ducklings, detailed counting, safety equipment use, and work in varying temperatures and conditions, with weekend and holiday work as needed.
