Description
Anew is hiring a full-time Recovery House Technician to provide on-site support for residents in a recovery home. The role maintains a safe and supportive environment, assists residents, handles grievances and incidents, enforces house rules, monitors compliance with recovery principles, and ensures resident accountability. The position requires weekend coverage, on-site presence during resident hours, and may involve standing or walking for extended periods. It reports to the Recovery House Manager, does not supervise staff, and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality compliance, and an NPI number or Ohio Medicaid ID; CPR certification and prior residential experience are preferred.
