Description
Central Oregon Community College is hiring a part-time Automotive Instructor to teach automotive technology in the 2026–27 academic year. The instructor will support students in automotive certificate and AAS programs, teach across eight ASE content areas, lead classroom and laboratory instruction, manage self-paced learning components, evaluate student progress, and provide individual conferences. The role is based in Bend, pays $752 per load unit subject to faculty negotiations, and requires five years of automotive experience with electrical, mechanical, and engine repair skills, familiarity with small gas engines and manual and automatic transmissions, and one year of teaching experience preferred.
