Shannon Fox Apts. is hiring a part-time Janitor to clean common areas, community grounds, vacant apartments, offices, model and corporate apartments, and other property areas. The role includes cleaning, grounds maintenance, trash removal, chemical handling, safety checks, equipment care, and occasional snow removal or overtime. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., with some weekend work and overtime possible, and requires one to three years of related work experience or training.
