The Sales Associate greets and assists customers, recommends products, supports sales targets, handles store opening and closing, maintains visual merchandising and store standards, processes payments, manages inventory and stockroom organization, and communicates store needs to management. The role requires customer service and retail experience, physical ability to stand, lift more than 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work weekends and evenings, with an hourly pay of $16.50 and benefits including an employee discount, career development, and regular training.
