The role is responsible for meeting conversion and average order value targets, applying the Knix selling model, opening and closing stores, leading huddles, maintaining visual standards, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with operational, loss-prevention, and health-and-safety procedures. Candidates need 1–2+ years of retail experience, sales-target success, retail-metric knowledge, coaching ability, and conflict-resolution skills. The position offers 22.70 CAD per hour, with eligibility to work in Canada, physical-store availability, and flexible scheduling.
