Description
The Kitchen Assistant supports food preparation and advance preparation in a hotel kitchen, including washing, sanitizing, cutting, storing, and replenishing buffet, coffee-break, and employee meals. The role also maintains food and personal hygiene, cleans equipment and utensils, follows waste and environmental guidelines, participates in training, and collaborates with other areas. It requires basic cooking knowledge, food-safety practices, rotating-shift availability, and at least one year of experience.
