Richmark Properties is hiring a Leasing Agent to market available apartment units, respond to prospective resident inquiries, show units, explain leasing terms, conduct background and credit screenings, maintain resident relationships, and support retention and property goals. The role requires customer service, sales, leasing, marketing, and Fair Housing knowledge, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and weekend availability. Compensation includes a competitive salary and monthly leasing and renewal bonuses.
