Centerspace is hiring a part-time Leasing Consultant for 28 hours per week at 71 France Apartments in Edina, Minnesota. The role combines apartment leasing, prospect generation, resident onboarding and retention, customer service, community marketing, and administrative recordkeeping. The position reports to the Community Leader, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and prefers sales experience. The base salary is expected to start at $18.00–$21.00 per hour, with leasing commissions, renewal bonuses, paid volunteer time off, a 401(k) match, tuition reimbursement, and sick and safe time.
