The Pavillion at North Grounds is hiring a part-time, entry-level Leasing Consultant in Charlottesville, Virginia. The role focuses on marketing the student housing community, showing apartments, reviewing applications, completing lease paperwork, coordinating move-ins and renewals, maintaining resident communications, conducting outside marketing, and supporting roommate matching and maintenance coordination. The position requires customer service, sales, negotiation, communication, organization, and the ability to work weekends or overtime; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, while a high school diploma, GED, or one to three months of related experience or training is acceptable.
