The role supports leasing, marketing, resident relations, occupancy and revenue goals, Fair Housing compliance, applications, lease files, move-in processes, lead tracking, and resident communication. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service and communication skills, basic math ability, and availability for weekends and peak leasing season; leasing, sales, marketing, or customer service experience is preferred.
