The role involves touring prospects, leasing apartments, inspecting units, managing renewals and expirations, processing applications, supporting residents, completing reports, and handling move-in and move-out inspections. Candidates should have strong customer service, communication, sales, and time-management skills; residential or multifamily leasing experience is preferred, along with Microsoft Office proficiency and a high school diploma or equivalent. The position pays $20.00–$24.00 per hour, includes move-in and renewal bonuses, and requires an 8-hour Saturday and Sunday schedule.
